Service Description
Prepare with confidence for the AP Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism Exam in a focused, small-group setting designed for students who want structured, high-level exam preparation. This intensive review course meets for four two-hour sessions, strategically designed to strengthen advanced problem-solving skills, refine analytical thinking, and build exam readiness. With enrollment capped at just five students, each participant benefits from individualized attention, targeted feedback, and the opportunity to work through challenging, exam-level problems in a supportive, collaborative environment. The course is dedicated entirely to AP Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism exam preparation, emphasizing effective test-taking strategies, free-response practice, and comprehensive review to ensure students are fully prepared for both the multiple-choice and free-response sections of the exam. All study materials are provided, including guided notes and exam-style practice materials. Please bring a writing utensil and paper for additional notes you may need to take. The two review sessions will take place on Sunday April 12th and Sunday April 26th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy
Course Cancellation, Refund & Attendance Policy Thank you for registering for this two-hour crash course exam review session. Due to limited enrollment (maximum 5 students), the following policies are in place to ensure fairness, organization, and respect for all participants. Registration confirms that you have read and agreed to the policies outlined below. 1. Registration & Payment: - Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. - Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. - Because seating is limited to 5 students, your reserved spot prevents another student from enrolling. 2. Participant Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the course start time are eligible for a partial refund of $75. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start time are not eligible for a refund. - No-shows are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund. - Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method. 3. Transfer Policy: - Registration may be transferred to another student if written notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the course start time. - It is the original registrant’s responsibility to arrange the transfer and ensure the replacement student meets any course requirements. 4. Arrival & Attendance Policy: - Students must arrive at the location promptly at the designated time. - The session will begin on time! - Late arrivals will not receive additional time or individualized catch-up instruction. - Early departures do not qualify for partial refunds or fee adjustments. - Full payment is required for all registered students regardless of arrival time or early dismissal. - No discount will be given to students who miss any days 5. Instructor Cancellation or Rescheduling: - In the unlikely event the instructor must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive: -A full refund, or -The option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled session. 6. Minimum Enrollment: - The session may be rescheduled or canceled if minimum enrollment is not met. - In this case, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. 7. General Policy Notes: - This crash course is designed as a structured intensive review. - Individual tutoring beyond the scheduled time is not included. - By registering, students acknowledge and agree to all policies stated above.
