ABOUT ME

I am an experienced private tutor serving students in the greater Sugar Land area. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Sports Nutrition, and I am a board-certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). My academic background allows me to approach tutoring with a strong foundation in discipline, critical thinking, and personalized learning strategies.

I began tutoring during my freshman year of college as a side endeavor, but over the years it has grown into a well-established and rewarding professional practice. What started as a way to support myself academically has evolved into a long-term commitment to helping students achieve success and confidence in their educational journeys.

Outside of tutoring, I am also a trained Kathak (Indian classical) and Garba (Indian folk) dancer. I am the founder of Nritta Accessories, a small business through which I design and sell handmade classical dance accessories to customers across the United States and Canada. In recognition of my work in both education and entrepreneurship, I was honored with the DISHA USA Young Achievers’ Award in Entrepreneurship in October 2025.

My goal extends beyond academic tutoring—I strive to serve as a lifelong mentor to my students, offering guidance, encouragement, and perspective whenever possible. I make myself accessible via email and text, and I always do my best to support students who reach out with questions or seek advice, both academically and beyond.
